End of year awards

Sunday saw the club end of year awards presentation, with some very deserving winners.

Was great to be able to finally celebrate the girls achievements over the last couple of years.

Adult A-Team End of Season

The A team have had an amazing couple of seasons with some brilliant wins.

They finished 1st place in the winter league Div 3, and finished second place in the summer league with an extremely close finish after only losing one game all season.

Can’t wait for next season to see what more they can acheive.

End of Season Junior League

Today saw the last matches played of the season, with some great results.

Spitfire finished the season with their best score to date, smiles all round 😁

Whirlwinds finished top of the league, winning the U16 Division 2 summer league.

Its was also announced today that Hawks won the winter league 21/22, its great to finally be allowed to celebrate this acheivement.

Our U13s team, Comets, finished second in their league, taking silver medals. What a great season they have had.

Overall it was an extremely successful morning for the Marlow Kites girls

Kites Junior Results 26/06/22

Well done to all our junior teams who played today, all girls were playing amazingly. Some more great wins were acheived too :

Fireflies drew 11-11 against GX Lions

Wildcats won 19-13 against Total Tigers

Comets won 50 – 4 against Storm Typhoons

Coach of the year award

Exciting news, our very own Sarah Brennan has been nominated in the Netball South One awards, for coach of the year for children and young people. Good luck Sarah, a well deserved nomination, we are all routing for you 🤞🏼

Sunday Junior League Results 22/05/22

Some great results today for Marlow:

Marlow Kites Wildcats won 45 – 24

Marlow Kites Comets won 39-14

Marlow Kites Tempest won 14-8

Marlow Kites Whirlwinds won 48-9

The sun is shining and so are our Marlow Kites girls, another brilliant day of netball.
